Safari AI's computer vision platform and related services are governed by the written agreement between Safari AI and each customer. If anything on this page conflicts with that agreement, the customer agreement controls.
Part 1: Terms of use
Using the Website
You may use the Website only as permitted by law, including applicable export and re-export control laws and regulations. Don't misuse the Website. Misuse includes, but is not limited to:
Accessing, tampering with, or using non-public areas of the Website, Safari AI's computer systems, or the technical delivery systems of Safari AI's providers.
Probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of any system or network, or breaching or circumventing any security or authentication measures.
Accessing or searching the Website by any means (automated or otherwise) other than through the interfaces Safari AI makes publicly available, unless you have written permission from Safari AI.
Forging any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any email or posting, or using the Website to send altered, deceptive, or false source-identifying information.
We may suspend or block your access to the Website if you do not comply with these terms or if we are investigating suspected misconduct.
Intellectual property
The Website and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Safari AI or those we work with. Using the Website does not give you ownership of any intellectual property in it. "Intellectual Property" means any and all worldwide rights in and to intellectual property, whether or not protected by copyrights or patents, including copyrights, trademark applications, trademarks, patent applications, patents, trade secret rights, logos, domain names, and other exclusive and non-exclusive rights pertaining to intellectual property owned or controlled by Safari AI.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Website, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of any software on it, unless laws prohibit those restrictions or you have our written permission. Nothing in these terms gives you a right to use the Safari AI name or any of Safari AI's distinctive brand features. Don't remove, obscure, or alter any legal notices displayed on or along with the Website.

The Website may contain information from third parties and links to other websites not connected to Safari AI. Any use of or reliance on that information is at your own risk. We do not endorse, support, represent, or guarantee the completeness, truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of third-party information, and we are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of other websites.

If you submit feedback or suggestions about the Website or Safari AI's offerings, we may use them without obligation to you.

WE PROVIDE THE WEBSITE "AS IS." SOME JURISDICTIONS PROVIDE FOR CERTAIN WARRANTIES, LIKE THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SAFARI AI AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE WEBSITE OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. SAFARI AI'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE WEBSITE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100).
Indemnification
You will hold harmless and indemnify Safari AI and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim, suit, or action arising from or related to your use of the Website or your violation of these terms, including any liability or expense arising from claims, losses, damages, suits, judgments, litigation costs, and attorneys' fees.
Governing law and venue
The laws of Delaware, excluding Delaware's conflict of laws rules, apply to any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms, this privacy policy, or the Website. All such claims will be litigated exclusively in the federal or state courts of New Castle County, Delaware, and you and Safari AI consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts and waive any objection as to inconvenient forum. If you are a state or local government entity in the United States using the Website in your official capacity and are legally unable to accept the controlling law, jurisdiction, or venue clauses above, those clauses do not apply to you.
General
These terms do not create any third-party beneficiary rights. If you do not comply with these terms and we don't take action right away, we are not giving up any rights we may have, such as taking action in the future. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining terms stay in effect.
Part 2: Privacy policy
At Safari AI, we are concerned about privacy issues and want you to be familiar with how we collect, use, and disclose Personal Information through the Website. This privacy policy applies solely to information collected by the Website.
"Personal Information" means individually identifiable information from or about a user, including: (a) a first and last name; (b) a home or other physical address; (c) an email address; (d) a telephone number; (e) a Social Security number; (f) a driver's license or other government issued identification number; (g) a financial account number; (h) credit or debit card information; (i) a date of birth; and (j) a license plate, vehicle identification number, or key code.
Information we collect and how we use it
If you are asked to provide Personal Information through the Website, for example to subscribe to updates or contact us, we may use it as we would use the same information obtained in a traditional non-electronic manner. Employees of Safari AI who receive and process such requests are responsible for safeguarding individual customer communications and information.
We may also collect and store information related to your visit, such as your IP address and browser type, and statistics such as how many people visit the Website, which pages they visit, and which browsers they use. We use this information to better serve visitors and improve the Website. Safari AI obtains and uses Personal Information for business purposes only.

These third parties include, but are not limited to, our web host provider, SaaS providers such as email hosting services, payment processors, and outside contractors we hire to perform marketing, operations, or maintenance, to assist us in providing Internet and other services, or to operate, maintain, repair, or improve the Website or its underlying files or systems.
Protecting your information

All information collected by Safari AI is primarily processed and stored in the United States. Some of our employees, contractors, and affiliated organizations may be located outside of your home country. SMS terms and conditions
Upon messaging opt-in, the end user agrees to receive messages from SAFARI regarding GENERAL COMMUNICATIONS and CUSTOMER SUPPORT. End users can opt-out by replying STOP or request more information by replying HELP. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

You can always choose not to provide information, although doing so may make it difficult or impossible to use certain features of the Website. You have the right to obtain access to certain information we have about you, and to request that it be corrected if you feel it is inaccurate.
Children's privacy
The privacy and protection of children is of great importance to us. We will not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personal information from children under the age of 18 without obtaining consent from a parent or legal guardian, except as otherwise permitted by law.
