Turn your cameras into operational improvements.
The action center finds opportunities your cameras already see. It enables your team to intervene, and calculates the impact of taking action.
A dashboard tells you something is wrong. It never tells you what to do about it.
- —Numbers without a next move: the operator on the floor has to work out the fix themselves.
- —No records of decisions: dashboards don't know when or how you handled operations problems.
- —Unknown outcomes: operators don't know which responses are most effective.

Frequently Asked Questions
Where do the recommendations come from?
Your own standard operating procedures. During deployment we load the plays your team already runs for each situation, so the Action Center recommends what your supervisors would recommend. As outcomes accumulate, recommendations shift toward the responses that measurably worked.
How is dollar impact attributed to an action?
Once the action is logged, we measure the same metrics again and compare them to the trend the operation was already on. The delta is converted using the revenue assumptions you give us during setup, such as average transaction value, ticket price or parking rate. The assumptions are yours, so the number is auditable.
Do I need to install new cameras?
We prioritize the CCTV and IP cameras you already have, and POCs launch without any new installations. For larger rollouts, clients often install cameras that give specific views of their operations.
How long does deployment take?
Most customers are live within 2 weeks. After a camera compatibility review, we install the on-prem server, connect camera feeds, calibrate the models, and validate accuracy against your baselines before going live. It typically takes just 30 minutes of your IT team’s time, and Safari AI engineers handle the configuration.
